Running a 484 ci engine, Fred installed NPG+ and noted a 30°F drop in temps. Then Fred fit a 572 ci aluminum engine with a problem. "It would not hold temperatures where needed to operate properly." [After installing NPG+] "The heat absorbed by NPG+ showed higher temps before & after runs sometimes at 210° after the run but when returned to pit area would drop to 160° in a matter of minutes. 1/3 the usual time. In this case it worked in an entirely different manner by holding, then dropping temps making the best performance available, solving my problem." - FR

Wells Hickcox of Lebanon, OR. This Rayburn chassis 408 ci 600 HP rollerized Chevy powered dirt track Outlaw runs power through a Winters Q/C rear and is always cooled with Evans NPG+. Best time (so far) around the local 3/8 mile high-banked oval is 15 seconds.

With steel heads, Fred was limited to amount of boost, detonation being the problem. Then Evans NPG+ was installed which now allows more boost than before (+5 lbs). Resulting in 1485 HP @ rear wheels - An increase of 70 Horse Power.

Clint Kronenberger Sr. rebuilt his Camaro for 2002. The car is complete round tube chrome moly frame, 572 cu in Jim Oddy Merlin block with a BDS / Enderle Bird catcher SuperCharger. Fiberglass front end, doors, and rear deck and lid. Weighs in at 2350lbs. "We are forecasting 7 secs quarters at 190mph? I am running NPG in this car with great results. Converting this 800 HP 9.2 L Chevy Truck, a 1992 Pike's Peak Hill Climb entry, to Evans NPG allowed the team to shift weight and protect the radiator by relocating it behind the cab. Detonation free, even at higher temperatures, Jack Flannery set the record for the Off-Road Unlimited Truck Class.
